Design
Our design consultancy service provides you with expert insight and guidance from initial concept stage using industry leading modelling software. Our experienced design team model your concept to meet your unique requirements with full working engineering drawings produced alongside rapid 3D printed samples and CAM generated CNC machine tool code.
Milling
Your custom designed parts can be produced easily and quickly with a high quality and precise finish. Allowing consistency and uniformity, our milling capabilities enables the rapid production of volume components alongside smaller batches and prototyping working.
Turning
A detailed method of creating custom parts and components using manual and CNC lathe tools, including live tooling milling, bar feed and a variety of bed lengths and diameters. A highly skilled, precision engineering process, accuracy and fast turnaround is ensured with each manufacture.
Fabrication & Finishing
Suitable for steels, stainless steels and aluminium, our fabrication and welding capabilities allow structures to be cut, bent and assembled into a range of shapes and sizes. Using a variety of techniques including Mig, Tig and gas welding, we guarantee product durability and sustainability.
General Engineering
Covering all aspects of bench fitting tooling and equipment, we provide you with wide ranging, all purpose engineering support to modify and maintain parts. From pedestal drills, hand drills, grinders, saw, surface grinding, slotting and keyways, air tappers to a 12 tonne press, all areas of conventional tooling are covered.
Heat Treatment & Coatings
Ensuring a highly detailed and comprehensive level of care for each product, we provide heat treatment to make metals stronger and malleable as well as resistant to abrasion and more ductile. For a perfect finish, we also offer coating treatments including anodising, painting, plating and powder coatings.
